Bernice (Sandy) Reeves committed her spirit back into the hands of our Father on September 17, 2020 at the Samaritan Hospice Center at Virtua Memorial Hospital – Mt. Holly. She was 90 years old. The Tributes Wall can be found here.

Bernice was an important part of ABWMin NJ, having faithfully served for many years as President of the Capital Region as well as through the Love Gift Ministry.

Sue Groves, President of ABWMNJ, put in a request for prayers to honor and celebrate her life.

Tributes have been flowing in for Ms. Bernice. Rev. April Van Ness wrote “I have never met such a lovely, godly woman. She was beyond gracious and loving to all she came to know. It was a true gift to know her and serve beside her with the American Baptist Women.“
